That’s right friends, Track of Talents is back for the year 2011.

Ongoing for 4 years in a row, Track of Talents has established itself not only a place for young people to shine but also place where they can make a difference as they stand side by side with Tenaganita, a non-profit organization that fights for human rights.

So with new performances, fresh faces, a special guest and a cause to fight for, the only thing missing at this event would be you.

Average of 60 suicides per month in the country

PETALING JAYA: Two people commit suicide daily in Malaysia and experts believe the figure could be higher with the many undetermined deaths.

It is alarming that teenagers and young adults are taking their own lives in the face of mounting pressure in school, work, dealing with family issues and breakdown in relationships.

The National Suicide Registry Malaysia (NSRM) estimated that between January and August last year, a total of 425 people committed suicide, averaging 60 per month (including undetermined deaths.) (Read more)

This is an update to inform you what CYW, together with YOU have been doing to Change Your World.

CYW with T.O.T (Track of Talents)

Track of Talents by 1a.m. and CYW, a platform for people to show case their talents, has been partnering with Tenaganita in defending human rights for the past 3 years.

During their last event on Nov 26,2010, they have managed to raise another RM401.00.

Up to date CYW have raise more than RM8,000.00 for Tenaganita.

CYW “I Love Kluang” update

Kluang Mall together with MAD has raised more than 85K and I LOVE Kluang was one of the beneficiaries of it.

MAD contributed 10K to the I LOVE Kluang project and this proceed will go into helping the purchases of uniforms for Uniform For Kidz program.

CYW Pledges

To date, we have collected over RM1500 from the people who have pledge.

Partnering with Malaysian Care, on Dec 26 from 6pm to 8pm, we are looking for volunteers to help us share the love of christmas to about 150-200 kids, age 7-12.
